Hi there — I’m Josette. 

I’m a Registered Dietitian, active lifestyle enthusiast, mom, and retired Lieutenant Commander in the Navy. I believe in strong women and I believe in women who want to be stronger. I’m an advocate for squashing the notion that there is an ideal way to look, and showing women that there is an ideal way to feel. I love food—studying it, cooking it, eating it, you name it. And I want to show you how much you can love it, too, while nourishing your body in the best way for you.
